Our Little Beach House

OUR LITTLE BEACH HOUSE is a 3 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 8 guests with the advantage of being both located opposite a quiet reserve and only a short walk to the beach. Open plan modern kitchen with cook top, no oven but there is a convention and grill microwave, fridge/freezer, small dishwasher, rice cooker, toaster, kettle, Delonghi coffee pod machine (BYO pods ). Dining and a living area with reverse cycle air-conditioner, large smart TV, bluetooth speakers, views of the ocean. Bathroom with double bowl vanity, full size bath, walk in shower, separate w/c, laundry with top loading washing machine and dryer. Large sliding door in dining area opens to the back yard with BBQ. Fish cleaning facility Off street parking for a car and boat. Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels. Bed configuration - bed 1 - King, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - 2 single beds plus 2 trundle beds Shed not for guests use. No smoking inside NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond Nightly tariffs - cleaning, booking and refundable bond fees apply A refundable bond will be added to your booking and will be refunded back to you within 7 to 10 business days of departure providing there are no damages/problems
