Our sourdough bread, for example, comes from the best artisan bakery of North Queensland (Three Loaves Bakehouse), our coffee is ethically sourced and locally roasted by Coffee Dominion, we bake our own cakes and scones on daily basis and offer a huge selection of organic loose leaves teas and herbal infusions, stocked by The Tea Centre. We are also FULLY LICENSED, offering an Italo-Australian cocktail menu, artisan beers and a seasonal selection of wines.
