The ambience was good. The staff was friendly but the prices were exorbitant! The membership really doesn't do anything for you. The 10% discount on your bill goes to your card as points. So for example $6 dollars saved will go on your card as 6 points but 100 points equals $1! I didn't understand how we save the 10% of we receive points for it and not even to the value of your money? But your bill still has to be paid with the original amount and the membership does not take the $$ off, only adds points on your card. I am still confused and questioning my decision to spend $35 for the membership.
I love coming here whenever i can. The staff are friendly and everyone in the community gets involved in the place. Its a great community of people and the food is wonderful as well. The only complaint i have is to the fact i think the kids area/ice cream has been left to decay a bit. I see that the ice cream is already pre-made in cups and stores in a fridge. A good idea on paper, but not when a thick layer of slime coats the ice cream. The kids play area has also gotten a bit wrecked and i think is in need of a touch up. Other than that, this is my favourite restaurant.
