Large venue, big serves and quick service. We walked in at 1pm and the waitress asked if we were going to the 2pm show at the Capitol Theatre next door so they could serve the food in enough time and they did. We ordered and finished eating within half an hr, but this may depend on the dish you order. Reasonable prices. Eftpos available but they don't split bills.
Went here on a Friday's night, it was so packed, we waited for a while to be seated. Onced we set down, a staff asked us for drinks order. They have alcohol menu which has cocktails, beer, spirits, wine and some non-alcoholic drinks like cocktails and pops. We ordered a Pad See Ew and a Thai fried rice. The flavour was impeccable, was rich and very traditional Thai flavour. We finished everything on the plate, that explains how good the food was. If you are hanging out with friends or partner for a dinner, this is the Thai restaurant for you that has everything you need. Would definitely come here again.
It’s a shame about the terrible service as the food was quite good. Due to a food allergy, we asked if we could get a second burner for the barbecue. Eventually they agreed and told us we would need to separate the tables. No problem. We ordered large beers and they turned up with a smaller size. When we asked for them to correct it they came back and said no large ones left. Funnily, the table next to us ordered and had no problem with large size. We can only assume the staff member feared his nasty boss so much after making a mistake, he would not correct it. Once it came time to pay we were berated by the owner and told we had been warned about splittting tables and to never do that again. This is despite her own husband agreeing to do it given the circumstances. Eventually we had to get him over to try explain but of course we were still in the wrong in her eyes. A nasty nasty woman. Utterly ridiculous for a customer to be spoken to the way we were and will never return.
