About Palmerston Tavern:

Situated at the entrance to the Palmerston Shopping Centre Palmerston Tavern offers the people of Palmerston and surrounds a truly modern Hotel with a friendly atmosphere, where families and friends can come together and enjoy delicious meals, cold beer and fast friendly service from our dedicated and well trained staff.

Winner of the 2011 AHA (NT) Awards for Excellence “Best Redeveloped Premises” for the million door makeover of the public bar, the new Palm Bar is the place to be seen in Palmerston.

Gone is the dark back bar and in its place is a new open deck area featuring high ventilated ceilings, a water fountain and a cool and relaxing outdoor area for all the family to enjoy.

Buddha’s feature inside and outside the bar area adding serenity for enjoying your relaxation time. Jarrah floors, ceiling-high glass windows and new seating, including arm chairs and couches, bring a light and inviting lounge look.

In the evening the Palm Bar kicks off with happy hours at 4pm from Monday through to Wednesday. Coffees, cakes and a new snack menu are now available for extended dining options.
The great value $9.90 Monday to Saturday lunch specials so popular in the Bistro are also available in the Palm Bar and have been enhanced with the addition of a “Lunch Loyalty Card in both areas”.

Our famous 7 days of dining is now available in both the Bistro and in the Palm Bar complementing our expansive a la carte menu:

Tuesday: $12 night
Wednesday: Schnitzel night
Thursday: Steak night
Friday: Seafood night
Saturday: $5 off all mains
Sunday: Roast day

For your entertainment there are a number of wide screen televisions around the deck area and inside carrying all different sporting events for patrons’ viewing pleasure and enhancing the new TAB facilities. Wednesday & Friday night is Karaoke in the Bistro Bar, Thursday night is “Tavern Trivia” in the Palm Bar, Saturday night is either a DJ or a band in the Palm Bar and the week finishes with a Sunday session from 3.00pm in the Palm Bar.
