Climb upstairs for alfresco terrace bevvies or descend into the polished Velvet Underground lounge for a cocktail session.Pronounced 'beech-um', the ground floor bar is decked out in wall-to-wall wood and is dotted with comfortable chocolate couches and ottomans. Weekends see substantial crowds pour into the street level bar. Warmer nights are perhaps best spent in the second-floor courtyard, if you can get in early enough to secure yourself a table. Downstairs in the basement, you'll find the appropriately named Velvet Underground bar.
