Located in the former home of Mocean, 34 Degree South has been shaking up Bondi’s cocktail scene with a list that challenges the rules of bartending. From the Fig and Wasabi Daiquri to the Pavlova, and the Pinot Epernay (all $15.50), the cocktails are pushing all kinds of boundaries, including sense and taste. Sure, you can have a regular Martini, but be experimental and try a drink that features house-made fig and wasabi sorbet or reduced pinot noir.
